From there, I'll guide you through the next steps, including scheduling a discovery call. If you already have an idea of where you want to focus our sessions and what programme is right for you, then that's great.

Please complete the short intake questionnaire I will send you via email and return it to me. This step is essential as it provides us with a starting point for our coaching programme and gives me more helpful information ahead of our discovery call about your life coaching needs.

When I receive your completed intake questionnaire, we’ll arrange a complimentary 20‑minute discovery call. This gives us a chance to meet virtually, discuss your questionnaire, and delve into the reasons behind you or your teen's interest in our life coaching programme.
